Fast Track Appliances was founded by Brad Bhatti, now the CEO & Manager Director. After many years of working as a sales associate at Canada’s largest appliance stores he decided to take his side hobby of appliance repair and turn it into a business.

Expansion

We grew our service area from 4 cities within the lower mainland to 10 cities to keep up with the high demand of appliance service technicians. We also started to offer appliance installation of luxury homes.

Direct Services

Finding our true identity narrowed our focus on providing excellent customer service. We started to focus more on direct clients rather than third party operations to have more control over the customer experience.

Navigating the Pandemic

Fast Track’s integrity and resilience was put to the test during this time. We worked hard to adapt to the world’s unprecedented times. Supporting the community by reducing service costs by 10% & followed all safety protocols to keep the community safe.

Diversification

This was a year of expanding our team, we grew from 5 to over 20 employees, pushing us towards moving into our first official office space and warehouse to accommodate small appliance repair drop off.

This year is our time to grow and expand. Our CEO Brad Bhatti was named the Immigrant Entrepreneur of the year by Canadian Small Business Magazine. We expanded our services to provide appliance maintenance, and selling products such as EV vehicle charging stations & parts.
